It is with pleasure that I write this testimonial for Simply Made Food & Fitness and Nicole Nordli. I joined Nicole’s "Spring To A Healthy You" in March 2014. I am in ok shape and I always thought I knew what I needed to do as far as exercise & nutrition but I lacked the push, desire, what have you to get moving. I didn't really know where to start and felt a bit overwhelmed and therefore kept putting it off. I should also mention that my husband and I have our own business and two small children; needless to say life is busy. Nicole really does make things simple. The workouts are simple and once you understand how to fuel your body the clean way it too becomes simple. I have a binder full of recipes and ideas and a wall covered in different exercises that take about 30 minutes to do, no excuses now. What I absolutely love about Simply Made Food & Fitness is Nicole’s honesty about life, but how she makes it work and is always encouraging you to do the same. Just when any self doubt pops in to my head Nicole is posting something to tell me I am not alone and that I can do it. In just 2 1/5 months I have seen awesome results in my body and I know it will continue and I know it will stay because this is a lifestyle not a diet or a fad. I would highly recommend simply made food and fitness.

I started following Nicole and her page Simply Made Food & Fitness on Facebook last year. I loved the simplicity of her recipes and the fact that all the ingredients were easily accessible from the grocery store. I finally met her in person and was lucky enough to join a 6 week boot camp she was just starting. I was hooked. Her workouts were exactly what I was looking for. Short, intense, full body, able to do at home, and easy to modify if necessary. I decided to join her 12 week Summer program and am now going into my 4th program with her. The group of ladies are supportive, encouraging, on the same path to health and REAL. Plus I get to eat!! Real Food, Real exercises, Real Results!!! If you're looking for the same as I was THEN this group IS for you !!!

I have been part of 3 of Nicole's Simply Made 12 week groups, always with positive results. Sometimes these results come in the form of weight loss and improved strength and conditioning. At other times improved mental well being. She stresses healthy, whole food eating and has constant examples on her site for ideas for meals and making eating fun and stress free. Nicole is always there for her group, as a leader she is positive and motivational. You can count on her to respond to any questions you may have regarding nutrition or exercise in a timely manner and with enthusiastic encouragement and scientifically based knowledge.

Just want to thank you Nicole for establishing a group that is full of normal healthy strong and unpretentious woman. I love how this group is not about being a certain size or shape or having a six pack.
This group is full of woman who all have supported encouraged and I believed inspired each other in all different ways without a feeling of failure or pressure because of some stupid prize at the end. This is about a lifestyle.

With the guidance and support of Nicole and the group you will have all the tools you need to succeed in making the changes. It's not a diet, fad or cleanse it is all about making the right choices for life. Healthy meals, fabulous workouts and lots of motivation. I have truly enjoyed being apart of this wonderful group. Nicole, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your "Fall Back into Routine 2014" fitness & healthy eating group. I learnt so much in the last 12 weeks about healthy eating and fitness and I cannot thank you enough! Anytime anyone had a question or comment you were available with advice and knowledge. Your daily posts were so motivating and encouraging, your workouts were challenging and fun and your recipes were healthy and delicious for the entire family. I will definitely be joining your next group in the New Year and I can't wait!

Simply Made Food & Fitness 3 month challenge far exceeded what I had hoped to receive when I signed up. I have done online fitness challenges before but never one that was so well planned and organized. The exercise routines are physically challenging but easy to follow. What I enjoyed the most though we're the healthy eating recipes and ideas that are posted on a regular basis. I like that this is about eating real food and meals you can make for your whole family. I will %100 be doing the next challenge and would recommend this to everyone.
