Simply made food & fitness group is simply a must for anyone who is looking to make a lifestyle change. With the guidance and support of Nicole and the group you will have all the tools you need to succeed in making the changes. It's not a diet, fad or cleanse it is all about making the right choices for life. Healthy meals, fabulous workouts and lots of motivation. I have truly enjoyed being apart of this wonderful group. So inspirational and I have learned so much about what's best for me. I would highly recommend Nicole and this group to anyone.

I started following Nicole and her page Simply Made Food & Fitness on Facebook last year. I loved the simplicity of her recipes and the fact that all the ingredients were easily accessible from the grocery store. I finally met her in person and was lucky enough to join a 6 week boot camp she was just starting. I was hooked. Her workouts were exactly what I was looking for. Short, intense, full body, able to do at home, and easy to modify if necessary. I decided to join her 12 week Summer program and am now going into my 4th program with her. The group of ladies are supportive, encouraging, on the same path to health and REAL. Plus I get to eat!! Real Food, Real exercises, Real Results!!! If you're looking for the same as I was THEN this group IS for you !!!

The first group that I joined of Nicole's was the summer of 2014. I had just finished boot camp at the club I belonged to and wanted to keep doing something different but not at the club as my membership was ending. So when I looked at Nicole's Simply Made Summer Camp I decided to try it. I am now about to join the third group, as I have had so much fun and feel so much stronger than I have in a long time!
The workouts are as easy or as hard as you want to make them. They are easy to follow and can be done at home with no problem whatsoever. Nicole is always available to answer any questions or make suggestions for tweaking the workout to best suit your needs. And the people in the group have made this the best experience!! The people are "real" and open and honest and I have never actually met any of them! You not only get the workouts, you also get recipes and meal suggestions and tons of ideas for healthy living. This is not a diet program. It is a healthy living program which is even better.
Thank you, Nicole for a life changing program. I am looking forward to the New Year with Simply Made!

Nicole's group has provided me with the tools I have needed to change my lifestyle to a healthier one. The mindset to look after myself so in turn I can look after my family better and all around be a healthier person. I now meal prep every Sunday, move my body in some way everyday and I am happier in general as a person. Overall I feel supported for all aspects of my life. Nicole is always happy to answer any questions and she is like a life coach for an easy way to change your life for the better!

Nicole, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your "Fall Back into Routine 2014" fitness & healthy eating group. I learnt so much in the last 12 weeks about healthy eating and fitness and I cannot thank you enough! Anytime anyone had a question or comment you were available with advice and knowledge. Your daily posts were so motivating and encouraging, your workouts were challenging and fun and your recipes were healthy and delicious for the entire family. I will definitely be joining your next group in the New Year and I can't wait!

Just want to thank you Nicole for establishing a group that is full of normal healthy strong and unpretentious woman. I love how this group is not about being a certain size or shape or having a six pack.
This group is full of woman who all have supported encouraged and I believed inspired each other in all different ways without a feeling of failure or pressure because of some stupid prize at the end. This is about a lifestyle.

I have been part of Nicole's groups since 2014. I love the fact that I can workout at home, on my schedule and yet have all the tools, support, education and encouragement whenever I need it. The women in the group are amazing and even though I haven't met a lot of them, I feel the love and support like they were a great friend. This group keeps me motivated and wanting to continue this healthy journey. Thank you Nicole for creating a private, secure, easy yet challenging program ANYONE can follow. It's truly a lifestyle and not a fad diet.

I have had the pleasure to be a part of many of Nicole's programs. I have finally found a forever home...the workouts are clear and easy to follow but still challenging. Her approach to food is aligned with mine, she shares the most amazing recipes focused on whole foods. I can not say enough about the group of women that this program attracts, they are incredible cheerleaders who lead-with-their-hearts. Its an honour to be a part of this growing community.
