Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • ¼ -1/2 cup large flake oats
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and squeezed dry)
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • himalayan salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  • Shape meat mixture into 18 balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake another 10 -15 minutes or until golden brown.
