Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- ¼ -1/2 cup large flake oats
- ¼ cup ground flax
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (defrosted and squeezed dry)
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- himalayan salt
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
- Shape meat mixture into 18 balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake another 10 -15 minutes or until golden brown.
