Trail Mix (PROTEIN) Cookies
These Trail Mix Cookies are PERFECT for your next camping or hiking trip!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 2 cups large flake oats
  • 2 scoops protein powder ( I used chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 mini chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared pan.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 min or until done and golden brown.
  • Remove and allow to cool.
  • ENJOY!
