Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 2 cups large flake oats
- 2 scoops protein powder ( I used chocolate)
- 1/4 cup whole almonds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 mini chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 min or until done and golden brown.
- Remove and allow to cool.
