Tex-Mex Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup organic frozen corn (thawed)
  • 4 spinach nuggets (thawed & squeezed dry)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Stir everything until it is evenly combined.
  • With clean hands, form into 8-10 patties.
  • Grill until fully cooked adding extra seasoning if desired.
  • Enjoy!

Top with Monterey Jack cheese and avocado
