Twelve Days Of Christmas Workout

On the 1st Day of Christmas my fitness instructor gave to me…..Beat the “bulge” this holiday season with my “Twelve Days Of Christmas Workout”. Starting at the top of the tree and working your down…..resting for 1 min, then repeating from the top,  3-5 more times. Have fun!!
