Ingredients 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 banana 1 cup unsweetened  almond milk 1/4 cup water 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbsp ground flax handful ice cubes Directions Place all ingredients into a blender.
