Sun-Dried Tomato, Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup large flake oats
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 6 halves sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 of a red onion (chopped)
  • 3 -4 large handfuls of baby spinach (sauteed)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • himalayan salt & black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Stir everything until it is evenly combined.
  • With clean hands, form into 8-10 patties.
  • Grill until fully cooked.
  • Enjoy!

*variation ~ omit the oats and red onion and add 2 whole eggs instead of egg whites.
