Making room for a positive mindset and a healthy & happy relationship with food, body image and self.
My program will help you make you a priority again……nourishing your body with healthy whole foods……engaging your body in daily movement……..and treating your body with the love & respect that it deserves.
Over the course of 12 weeks, you will be simply taking it one day, one workout and one meal at a time towards your healthiest life ever.
This is not a diet or a quick fix. This is simply you bettering you……..finding your healthy balance and creating a healthy lifestyle for life.
You will be supported in a non-judgemental environment with a group of like minded individuals, who will help to lift you up and inspire & encourage you to reach your highest potential.

Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution
Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options
