Yummy summer treat and only 58 calories each!!
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops natural vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and fully mixed.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, and place in the freezer to set.
Makes 10 popsicles ~ per popsicle 58 calories, 6gr carbs, 1gr fat, 7gr protein, 4gr sugar, 1gr fiber
