When it comes to nutrition, fitness and overall healthy living, my philosophy is quite simple – let go “perfect” and simply strive to do your best each day. Choosing foods that nourish & energize you, over foods that leave you feeling empty and drained. Moving your body each day with activities that leave you feeling healthy, fit, strong and alive and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up to your greatest potential and fill your soul.
I don’t recommend calorie counting, food restricting, cleanses or quick fixes. Instead, I encourage you to become more mindful & aware of what you are putting into your body. Listening to its hunger cues, fullness, energy levels and cravings, and eating enough so ultimately you feel your best and are able to live your healthiest life.
I feel by preparing your own meals, you have better control of what goes into them, thus feeling good about what is going into your body.
