Our bodies are meant to move….with nourishing movement like dancing, running, skipping, walking, biking, circuit training, yoga, swimming, tennis, rollerblading, kayaking, hiking…..pretty much any movement that we enjoy and that makes us happy and feel alive!!  Movement is more than how many calories we are burning or miles we are running……movement is nourishment for the soul. It should leave us energized, excited, and wanting more….something we look forward to, not something that we dread or that leaves us feeling empty. It should spark our inner child and keep us youthful…..it should leave us with a smile.
