Mind Body Nutrition Coaching

Its not necessarily “what” you are eating, but more about whats eating you. As a Mind & Body Nutrition Practitioner, my goal is to help you explore and dig a little deeper into “why” you are having body image and eating challenges.
Learn how to nourish a healthier relationship with food, body image and self and take care of your body, rather than punish it.
During the initial session, we will uncover your current relationship with food and your body. Digging deep to unravel the “why” behind the limiting beliefs and negative thoughts that are holding you back from reaching your goals. Taking it one step at a time, we will create an actionable plan, to help you move forward to living your happiest & healthiest life.
Our follow-up sessions will focus on revisiting and adjusting your goals to help you remove barriers and propel you forward.
