Gingerbread Cookie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Handful of ice

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

 

Makes 1 – 250 Calories, 17gr Carbs, 4grs Fat, 36gr Protein, 11gr Sugar, 1gr Fiber

** if you like a thicker shake, add 1/2 a banana
