Curried Cranberry & Walnut Chicken Salad (wrap)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz grilled chicken breast (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 6 chopped walnut halves
  • 1 Tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • Himalayan salt & black pepper


Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Eat with lettuce leaves, or whole grain tortilla
  • Enjoy!

* also GREAT over spinach or greens for a yummy salad.
