I absolutely LOVE the versatility and simplicity of salad bowls. By simply having a few healthy foods prepped, you can have a yummy, nourishing, meal in minutes.
Here is one of my faves….
Organic greens topped with grilled chicken, roasted sweet potato, roasted broccoli, red pepper slices, match stick carrots, sauteed green beans, and dollop of hummus, sprinkled with hemp hearts and a drizzle of homemade glory bowl dressing. #yum!!
For the dressing, simply place everything into a blender and blend until fully combined. Place contents in a mason jar. Drizzle over salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for about 7 days
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/3 cup tamari
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 1/2 cup olive or avocado oil
