Oooh this one will have thinking you just ate a piece of the real thing….
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Kaizen Naturals)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of ginger
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- handful of ice
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- Place all ingredients (except coconut) into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with coconut.
