Oooh this one will have thinking you just ate a piece of the real thing….yet without all the added sugar and unwanted calories.
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- handful of ice
- 1 tbsp raw chopped walnuts
- Place all ingredients ( except walnuts) into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with walnuts.
