Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie

Oooh this one will have thinking you just ate a piece of the real thing….yet without all the added sugar and unwanted calories.


  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • handful of ice
  • 1 tbsp raw chopped walnuts


  • Place all ingredients ( except walnuts) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with walnuts.
  • Enjoy!!
