Blondie Power Balls

Blondie Power Balls…. these will give you lasting energy to do all the things you love.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)(softened)
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 2 Tbs coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 2-1/2 cups large flake oats
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

Directions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together nut butter, honey, coconut oil & extract.
  • Add in protein powder, coconut and the ground flax.
  • Stir in oats and cacao nibs.
  • Using a cookie scoop,scoop into balls.
  • Place onto prepared pan.
  • Transfer to a container with a lid.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer.
  • ENJOY

Makes about 30 balls.
